One day I was enjoying a bowl of Pho and I thought to myself; I would love to finish this meal with a single taco. Thus MexiPho was born - I took the Mexican cuisine that I grew up eating and cooking and mixed it with the Vietnamese cuisine that I love. Now I get to share my passion for food with all of you!
